Design Portfolio

I am a garden designer working across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

Every garden presents a unique opportunity. These projects showcase a range of designs, united by a commitment to creating spaces that feel connected to their surroundings, rich in seasonal interest and carefully tailored to the way each client wants to live outdoors.

The Goodness Within garden  explored the idea of a regenerative, edible landscape - the garden had two halves to it - one side with a native edible meadow featuring a small pond with edible plants, and mycelium posts.  The other half of the garden featured edible ornamental plants, with a key hole garden in to which vegetables were growing.

From the first concept to the final installation, Claire’s creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. She understood exactly what we wanted to express as a charity and brought it to life with passion and precision. The garden became a true highlight of the show thanks to her vision and hard work.

Cottage Garden, Nr. Bramley, Hampshire

Having recently moved into the property, the clients were keen to create a garden that felt more integrated with the surrounding landscape while accommodating an enlarged driveway.

The design introduces a sheltered seating area that takes advantage of a natural sun trap, creating a welcoming space to enjoy the garden. Informal cottage-style planting and multi-stem trees will provide seasonal interest, enhance biodiversity, and help establish a sense of maturity from the outset.

Our front garden was drab and dreary. We now have a vibrant, beautifully designed space for us to enjoy for many years to come. Claire listened to what we would like and made suggestions along the way.  We've had so many compliments and can't wait for the transformation of our back garden
